BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

You can call or use our online booking system to book an appointment with us. Our opening hours and availability are subject to change, so please check before booking.

When booking, confirmation is not made until the Admin team approves it on our end of the system. This helps prevent clashes and ensures the right time for treating your hair. Remember that once approval is made, a deposit of $50 is due before attending your appointment.

Our booking system is simple and convenient. If your preferred time does not align with our system, we will contact you to adjust the time or reschedule to another suitable date.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to do so, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee/no-show fee.
If you fail to attend an appointment, a fee must be paid before attempting to book another service with us.
